Soul Collage© is an intuitive and creative collage making process. Using simple materials, Soul Collagers create a personalized deck of cards with each card representing a part of their personality or soul. No art experience is needed to make Soul Collage© cards...all that is needed are supplies and a willingness to be open and learn about yourself.
Soul Collage© workshops can be developed around a particular theme like honoring your inner child, exploring shadow work, celebrating the seasons, etc.
All materials will be provided for this workshop; however, if participants would like to bring photos of family, friends, pets, etc to use in their collages they certainly may.
Duration: 2.5 hours
Cost : $50 per person
Ideal group size: 12-20 people
Artist Bio
Bridget Pemberton-Smith (ATR-BC) is a board-certified art therapist (ATR-BC) with a Master’s in Expressive Arts Therapies from Lesley University, class of ’98. Since earning her credentials in 2007, she has dedicated her career to helping individuals—from children navigating physical illness to at-risk teens, refugees, seniors, and adults coping with mental health challenges—embrace healing through creative expression.
Through her private practice, Bridges Art Therapy, based in Carrboro, NC, Bridget offers in-person individual and group therapy sessions to children and adults. She also offers workshops for adults at the ArtsCenter in Carrboro which include modalities like SoulCollage© and Kintsugi-inspired “Repairing the Broken Bowl”. As an Expressive Arts Therapist, her approach is person-centered, honoring each client’s unique journey and helping them discover their strengths and creative resilience.

This class is limited to 20 students. Cancellations by My Muses Card Shop will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 1 weeks or more before the event may receive a full refund. Cancellations made up to 3 days before the event can receive a 50% refund. No refund or exchanges for cancellations less than 3 days before the day of the class.
