Lead by Maia Rhenish  and Anabelle Scarborough 

Through guided breath work, vocal resonance, and intuitive movement, we’ll explore the powerful connection between the voice and our sacral center. Together we’ll awaken presence, play with sound and rhythm, and open channels for authentic, full-bodied expression.

This is a space to soften, express, and reconnect with your aliveness.

No experience necessary-just bring your presence and curiosity. 

Maia Rhenish is a sound healing practitioner and embodied voice coach who supports others in reconnecting to their inner voice through music, breath, and deep body listening. Her work blends therapeutic sound with intuitive vocal exploration.

Anabelle Scarborough is a dancer, yoga instructor, and somatic facilitator who brings movement into spaces of healing and transformation. Her approach is rooted in modern dance practices, body-based presence, creative expression, and the wisdom of the body.

This class is limited to 20 students. Cancellations by My Muses Card Shop will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 1 weeks or more before the event may receive a full refund. Cancellations made up to 3 days before the event can receive a 50% refund. No refund or exchanges for cancellations less than 3 days before the day of the class.
