Zentangle is a meditative art form that involves creating structured, repetitive patterns, known as tangles, on small squares of paper (typically 3.5 inches). It involves breaking down complex designs into simple elemental strokes.

For this quilt I enlarged one of the zentangles in my sketchbook.
