As the light and dark come into balance, we gather to honor the turning of the season.
Saturday, March 21, 1-4pm
Location: Welcome to the Historic Haw River Sanctuary, a 30-acre hilltop farm where history and nature meet. Surrounded by magnolias and century-old pecan and walnut trees, the land opens into wildflower meadows, a spring-fed pond, and pastures with grazing horses. Here along the Haw River, you’ll find a welcoming space to gather, learn, and be inspired—a place where the beauty of nature and light filled architecture invite you to step back in time, relax and reconnect.
As the light and dark come into balance, we gather to honor the turning of the season.
This 3-hour sanctuary retreat with Maia is an invitation to root into the earth and gently rise with the energy of Spring. Through nature art exploration, reflective journaling, embodied movement, a flower tea ceremony, and a deeply restorative sound bath, we will attune to the quiet awakening within and around us.
Part of our time will be spent outdoors in connection with the living landscape, listening for what is ready to unfurl. We will then move indoors for a heart-centered tea ritual and immersive sound journey to integrate and receive.
Come as you are.
Leave grounded, nourished, and softly awakened.
Please bring your own yoga mat, blankets, and cushions for comfort.
