Project Welcome Home Troops is offering a five-day SKY Breath Workshop at the Muses Gallery in Carrboro, NC for veterans, military and their families at no cost, a program proven through research to significantly reduce anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress, while improving well-being and sleep. Studies from Stanford University and Yale University have found the SKY Breath program to be comparable or even superior to the gold-standard PTSD treatment, Cognitive Processing Therapy.
