About the Baker
Livia Lalita is a baker and culinary artist with roots in Brazilian vegetarian cuisine.
Her culinary journey began in her teenage years in Brazil, where she volunteered at a vegetarian restaurant—an experience that sparked her passion for baking and plant-based cooking. She later trained in food handling at SENAC in São Paulo and completed an internship at Gopala Prasada, one of the largest lacto-vegetarian restaurants in the São Paulo region.
After moving to the United States, Livia continued cooking for international and community events, blending her background with a love for handmade desserts. Today, she focuses on small-batch baked goods, offering vegan and gluten-free options whenever possible.
Her work is rooted in care, quality ingredients, and the joy of sharing something sweet.
