The holiday season is an important time to reflect on the loved ones in our lives and express gratitude for all the light they bring. 

Join us for a morning of thanks in December; participants are invited to reflect about people they’re grateful for, write them letters expressing their sentiments, and embellish these creations with a wax impression. Whether it be a holiday card or just a note to say, "I love you," bring your words to realization and top it with a beautiful seal.

Students will learn the steps of wax sealing through a demonstration, which will cover the methods for properly melting the wax, controlling its temperature, and achieving the perfect consistency for the seals. Participants are also invited to explore various techniques of sealing, with pressed flowers, metallic stamps, and markers to embellish the impression. With this knowledge, everyone can add a nice touch to their letters! We welcome you to come with friends, family, or other loved ones!

Materials will be provided. 

Artist Bio :

Keegan Ramsden is a student based out of Chapel Hill. She finds joy in creating, whether art, music, or craft. Deeply aligning herself with nature, she can often be found exploring or painting the outdoors. Keegan has been an employee at My Muses Card Shop for over two years and has worked with wax sealing since joining the team.

This class is limited to 12 students. Cancellations by My Muses Card Shop will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 1 weeks or more before the event may receive a full refund. Cancellations made up to 3 days before the event can receive a 50% refund. No refund or exchanges for cancellations less than 3 days before the day of the class.
