Sara discovered her passion for writing and photography at a young age. She was born and raised in Upstate New York and in her twenties, she realized New York was entirely the wrong climate and left her comfort zone to see what else the world had to offer. She traveled, soul-searched, and discovered what she was made of. She has since lived all over the country and worked as a tour photographer, media content producer, film production assistant, photography instructor and more. She recently released her first poetry book entitled, Reaching Light Together. This book combines her two passions and many of the poems are accompanied by her stunning nature photographs. In her poetry, you will find a unique blend of nature imagery with descriptions of the physical and spiritual experience of being human.
