This heart-centered sound bath offers a space for you to soften, open, and bloom from within. With the gentle support of rose as a guide, you’ll be invited to receive a light anointing of rose water to awaken the senses and deepen your connection to the heart. 

We’ll begin with gentle movement and vocal toning, followed by a nourishing sound bath journey of voice, gong, singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, drum, and shruti box. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and cushion for comfort. There are chairs available if you prefer to be off the ground.

Maia is a sound practitioner, musician and energy weaver. She guides her clients to their highest vibrational essence using her voice, soundscapes, deep listening and her connection to the natural world. She has studied and created music for 30 years and is a Shamanic Reiki Master.
