Machine pieced; domestic machine quilted with use of a walking foot.

The fabric “Modern Moods of Japan” by Woodrow, London, England (See back of quilt for selvedge) was used in this quilt, combined with solids in green, blue and black.

The inspiration for the design came from one of the many images I have collected over the years. The image reminds me of a sparkling waterfall, setting a Modern Mood in Japan.
