Inspiration for the Blue Jay Card:
Our designer Jason was originally inspired by the intense color contrast of jays on a winterberry bush. He described how he “wanted to capture the elongated posture that jays often strike just before flying” when creating this design. Jason grew up on the West Coast surrounded by Steller’s Jays, which although not the same as Blue Jays, “are equally bossy birds.”
