If you’re feeling stretched thin, constantly “on,” or unsure how to actually relax when you finally get a moment to yourself — this workshop is for you.

This 2.5-hour experiential workshop is designed especially for women who hold a lot: mothers, caregivers, helpers, and anyone navigating ongoing stress. Together, we’ll explore simple, body-based ways to ease stress and help your body feel safer, calmer, and more at ease.

Instead of trying to force relaxation or “do it right,” we’ll focus on gentle practices that invite the body to soften, slow down, and let go in a natural way.

The workshop weaves together a variety of modalities, including gentle movement, sound, basic breathwork, accessible art, and time to receive Reiki in a calm, supportive space. No prior experience is necessary.

Throughout the afternoon, you’ll be invited to notice what helps you feel just a little more settled and supported. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and with 1–2 practical tools you can return to when stress creeps back in — even on busy days.

As a thank-you for attending, all participants will also be offered a free 30-minute distance Reiki session (a $45 value) following the workshop, to support continued integration and care. (Must be scheduled within one month of the event date.)

What to bring (optional) — yoga mat, journal, and anything that helps you feel comfortable.

About the instructor

Allison Darwin is a Reiki practitioner and facilitator who creates gentle, supportive spaces for people who are carrying a lot and craving rest. After living with chronic pain, fatigue, and unexplained symptoms for over 20 years, her own healing began when she learned to slow down, do less, and allow her body to truly rest — an experience that deeply informs her work today.

Her offerings blend Reiki, movement, breath, sound, and creative expression to help participants reconnect with their bodies and experience relief from everyday stress. With a grounded, compassionate approach, Allison centers accessibility, choice, and ease, and is especially passionate about supporting women, caregivers, and helpers who give so much to others and are learning how to receive care themselves.
