Improv Level 4 is all about honing your ability to work effortlessly with your ensemble, tapping into the power of the "group mind." You'll learn to stay connected with your fellow performers, responding instinctively and building scenes together.
By focusing on collaboration and trust, you’ll practice letting go of individual control and embracing the flow of the group. Through exercises and scene work, you’ll strengthen your ability to create cohesive, spontaneous performances where everyone is in sync.

STUDENT SHOWCASE
This course will culminate in a student showcase the evening of Saturday, Feb 28 at 6.30 PM.
PREREQUISITES:
Improv Level 3
SUPPLIES NEEDED:
Comfortable shoes and clothes that you can move around in. We also recommend bringing a light sweater in case you get cold, and a water bottle.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Carolyn Swartz is a writer, filmmaker, and improvisor based in Chapel Hill, NC. She has been studying sketch and improv since 2014, first with the Dallas Comedy House in Dallas, TX, and later with Second City.
Carolyn has performed in a variety of places, including Dallas, Toronto, New York, and Durham. She recently wrote and produced the sketch shows "Sugar & Spice", "Romance is Dead", & "Was It Something I Said?". She regularly performs with her improv team "Final Cut", and provides improvised audio and lighting for "Without A Clue: An Improvised Murder Mystery"
