This 90-minute workshop is designed to empower you with practical Ayurvedic wisdom to support a more balanced and vibrant life. Together we will explore the foundations of Ayurveda alongside simple, accessible tools you can incorporate into your daily routine to cultivate greater vitality and well-being.
You'll leave with a deeper understanding of your unique constitution and learn nourishing ways to support yourself through every cycle or season of life. No prior knowledge of Ayurveda is required, just come open-minded and ready to deepen your self-understanding. This workshop is open to all women and femme identifying folks, whether you are entirely new to Ayurveda or already familiar with the tradition.
It is especially supportive for those who are feeling out of rhythm, navigating a season of change, or simply seeking small, sustainable, and natural ways to live with more vitality and presence. Ayurvedic tea will be served during the session. Bring a pen and journal with you (extra pens and paper will be provided if you don't have one).
About Emilie:
Emilie is a heart-centered Ayurvedic health counselor (2 years in training) who believes in everyone's ability to be their own healer. As a student of Ayurveda and of Buddhism, she draws from these ancient wisdom traditions to understand the root of all disease. After suffering from long-term digestive issues that no doctor could fix, she began to embark on a journey to take full responsibility for her health. She then began studying Ayurveda and living an Ayurvedic lifestyle. Now, she lives healthier and more connected to herself and to the Earth than ever before. Her wish is to share this wisdom with others to empower and inspire them. She offers Ayurvedic group workshops, and 1:1 health consultations for individuals who want personalized health advice. In addition to her work with Ayurveda, she is a visual artist and a writer.
