Join us Sunday, January 26 for a deeply restorative Sound Bath dedicated to nurturing your inner fire during the quiet season of winter.

In the stillness of winter, this sound bath journey offers a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your solar plexus-the center of warmth, self-confidence, inner strength, and purpose. Together, we’ll honor this season as an opportunity to gently tend to our inner flame and find balance in rest and renewal.

The evening will begin with vocal toning and gentle movement to awaken your body and open your energy channels. From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxing sound bath, immersed in the soothing vibrations of Maia’s voice, the Shruti box, singing bowls, chimes, drums, tuning forks, and rattles to sustain and nurture your inner glow.

What to Bring:

A yoga mat, blankets, and pillow for comfort.

Water or tea to stay hydrated

Comfortable clothing with layers
