Shared ritual can be a powerful way to connect with others and being witnessed in our own experiences of grief can be an important way to honor who and what has shaped us while affirming that we are never alone in our tenderheartedness.

Class size: minimum 3, maximum 7 participants
Just as the leaves on the trees wither and release from their boughs, for many humans Autumn can be a time of grief, letting go, and tender leaving.
Gather as we make space for this seasonal shift and lovingly hold ourselves and each other in this time of transition. Commune with the season of release and rooting by joining us for a shared time of mindfulness, reflection, earth connection, and honoring grief personally and collectively.

Instructor : Lara Struckman
This offering is lovingly led by Lara Struckman (she/her), creature of the earth, student of myth & mystery and creatrix of Deeply Rooted Ritual Grief Care. Lara’s work and life has been deeply shaped and inspired by the wisdom and support of the creeks, forests, and rockbeds of the ancestral homelands of the Lenni Lenape in the Blue Mountain valley of Northeast Pennsylvania where she grew up as well as the forests, rivers, flowers, and fields of the Eno, Occennechi, Saponi, Shakori, Lumbee, Catawba, and Sisspahaw homelands of the North Carolina Piedmont where she now also calls home.
She has a background in interfaith community building and organic vegetable & flower farming. She feels passionate about inviting others back into connection and belonging with Earth and each other. She does this through facilitating earth based spiritual practice, participating in restorative justice, holding space for individual and collective grief, and helping folks find the right card or gift to connect with their loved ones at My Muses Card Shop.
Otherwise, Lara can sometimes be found reading, writing, tending community, wandering in the woods, or hanging out with bees!
