Spring is a season where new life begins to wake up and dust off the slumber of winter. It is a time of quickening of energy- the sap rushes up from the roots, buds unfurl their petals beckoning to the flitting pollinators, warmer weather allows us to move with more ease unencumbered by winter layers. It is also a liminal time of ephemerality- being in process and getting clear on what seeds to plant and perhaps leaning into trust and quietude to discern what might desire to emerge within and around you in time- has the last frost past, are the conditions yet right to sprout?
As the earth turns in its own pattern of shifting seasons, we too, as part of earth, experience our own seasons of life. We might be in tune with the outer seasons, or in our own timing with life stage and seasonality. So if you are feeling a desire to connect to your own inner spring- a time of life where you might feel connected to burgeoning energy, new ideas, playful, unapologetic and bodacious expressions of life, or sweet unfurling tendrils of your heart- this can be a space to explore those sensations and build relationship to your own seasonality. It can also be a sweet time to attune to the outer season of spring around us to plant seeds of intention and delight without pressure to be in full bloom just yet.
This is a gentle space to explore seasonal reflection, connection, and joy.
>Gather in community to revel in what might be and what is on the way, while enjoying the beauty of right now.
>There will be guided meditation to soak up the sweet return of the sun and to take root in our own soil in order to sprout in the seasons to come.
>There will also be space for personal sharing, reflection, and a shared activity to cultivate a freshness of spirit and mind.

Instructor : Lara Struckman
This offering is lovingly led by Lara Struckman (she/her), creature of the earth, student of myth & mystery and creatrix of Deeply Rooted Ritual Grief Care. Lara’s work and life has been deeply shaped and inspired by the wisdom and support of the creeks, forests, and rockbeds of the ancestral homelands of the Lenni Lenape in the Blue Mountain valley of Northeast Pennsylvania where she grew up, as well as the forests, rivers, flowers, and fields of the Eno, Occennechi, Saponi, Shakori, Lumbee, Catawba, and Sisspahaw homelands in the North Carolina Piedmont where she now also calls home.
She has a background in interfaith community building and organic vegetable & flower farming. She feels passionate about inviting others back into connection and belonging with Earth and each other. She does this through facilitating earth based spiritual practice, participating in restorative justice, holding space for individual and collective grief, and helping folks find the right card or gift to connect with their loved ones at My Muses Card Shop.
Otherwise, Lara can sometimes be found reading, writing, tending community, wandering in the woods, or hanging out with bees!
