Anchor your mind, body, and soul with the powerful energy of the Earth in this grounding Sound Bath focused on the root chakra. Our root chakra is responsible for our feelings of security and stability. It is what helps us stay grounded and centered in our lives. Participants will be guided into gentle movements and sounding that activate the root chakra and earth element followed by an hour long sound bath. Maia will take you on a relaxing and restorative sound journey with her voice, Crystal and Himalayan bowls, drums, chimes, tuning forks and other drone instruments.

Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, and a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing. Feel free to bring an eye mask as well.
