Through gentle, heart-centered flow and breath-focused movement, we’ll create space to release tension, awaken the body, and ground the mind. This class is designed to set a positive tone for the days ahead, helping you feel centered ,open, balanced, and empowered.
As we move through fluid sequences, we’ll focus on cultivating deep strength from within while honoring the natural rhythms of the body. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll find modifications to suit your needs, allowing you to move with ease while building resilience.
This class is the perfect way to start your week with clarity, calm, and a sense of possibility—helping you approach the days ahead with a renewed sense of energy and intention.

Anabelle Scarborough is a movement artist, choreographer, yoga and dance instructor, arts producer, and visual artist based in Carrboro, North Carolina.
She is the co-founder and curator of Conjure Arts Collective, a NYC + beyond based artist collective that presents seasonal, collaborative, and multi-disciplinary original live performances and workshops. @Conjure.arts
She is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Media and Journalism, and has studied at the Martha Graham School and The Asheville Yoga Center. Her dance training spans modern, contemporary, ballet, and heels, with additional experience in both Durham, NC, and New York City. She is also a certified 200-hour yoga instructor.
Anabelle is passionate about creating spaces where anyone can explore movement with freedom, safety, and creative expression—whether in traditional settings or unconventional spaces.
At the heart of her practice is the belief that movement is a powerful vessel for emotional and physical expression as well as healing.. Anabelle is inspired by the intersection of these elements, and her work strives to expand the boundaries of what movement can communicate, whether through performance or practice.
