Location Details: Our event space is located on the second floor of the Historic Carr Mill Mall. You can take the outdoor stairs beside Tandem Restaurant's outdoor seating area or you can use the elevator or indoor staircase at the other end of the mall near Ceremony Salon. Either way, go left on the second floor and we are right next to the Pilates studio. 

Come experience a heart-centered sound bath of self-love, connection, and compassion. This nourishing evening will begin with a rose tea meditation followed by a one-hour sound bath focused on the heart chakra and the element of air. Maia will create a heart-opening soundscape using her voice, singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, drums, and other drone instruments. These healing sound vibrations and the powerful frequency of rose will guide you into a state of inner peace, harmony, and heartfelt gratitude as we welcome in the winter season together!
